Classic Kitchen With Double Islands

Classic Kitchen With Double Islands

A sweet client of ours sent photos of her newly remodeled kitchen and naturally, I couldn't wait to share them with you!

For the decorative tile accent over the stove, she chose our Cobham Handmade Tile Insert and Pencil Liner Trim, all in New Satin White.

I don't know about you, but I always love seeing "in progress" photos so here's one of the tile being installed:

And here's the full completed kitchen. So pretty!

I'm a big sucker for symmetry in design - to me, it makes the space feel calm and well thought out. And in this case, these two kitchen islands also create the perfect focal point for a decorative tile insert over the stove.

We loved working with this client, and were flattered that she took the time to write this review:

"If you're thinking that handmade custom tile is a bit intimidating I'm here to change your mind! I thought it was too...at first. There are so many unknowns it can be a bit overwhelming. It seems so much easier to walk into a store and just make your choices...Color, type, style, grout, size, pattern, and cost are all factors. I wasn't so sure I could get the REAL help I needed and I had SO many questions! None of my fears were realized...I sent away for samples and they arrived quickly and just knew this is what I wanted. Kirsten made the custom sizing, grout, style, and color choices so easy for me and it was VERY nicely priced. YAY!! Each tile was wrapped and packed perfectly. Nothing broken! I love Love LOVE my tile...It's the centerpiece of my kitchen! Give Julep Tile a call...it's really very easy!"

Are you thinking of starting your own kitchen remodel? Maybe you suddenly find yourself needing two kitchen islands?? Well, if you want to get started and need tile samples you can find those here:
