Return Policy
All Julep Tile orders are custom made to order. All sales are final. We do not accept returns.
This includes tiles that are incorrectly ordered, color or size variations (which are a natural characteristic of handmade tile), and leftover overage tile. Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as production begins immediately.
Claims for damaged or defective tile must be made in writing within 5 business days of receiving your shipment. We will respond within 1-2 business days. Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery — installation of tile constitutes acceptance.
